Step 2 – The Parent Fills Out the Form Below
When the parent is ready to inquire or enroll, they complete the form on this page and include your name and contact information as the person who referred them.
Step 3 – Their Child Enrolls, You Receive a $50 Fine Fare Gift Card
After their child starts care at Little Mercies and completes the trial period, we send you a $50 Fine Fare supermarket gift card as a thank‑you for your referral.
