When you enroll your own child or refer another family to Little Mercies Daycare through this church, Little Mercies will donate $50 to Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in your name for every child who enrolls.

When the parent is ready to inquire or enroll, they complete the form on this page and include your name and contact information as the person who referred them.
Step 3 – Their Child Enrolls, A Donation is Made to the Church
After their child starts care at Little Mercies and completes the trial period, we will donate $50 to our church in your name for every child who enrolls.
Who should fill out this form?
This form should be filled out by the parent or guardian who is enrolling their child. At the end of the form, you will list the person who invited or referred you so we can honor them. If no one referred you, the $50 donation will be made in your name to our church.
